Kitchen Display System (KDS)
Paperless Kitchen Display Systemfor High-Pace Indian Kitchens
Transform chaotic back-of-house operations. Pangat Kitchen Display System displays tickets in real time with color-coded cooking countdowns, Hindi dish translations, and audible bells on incoming orders.
Color-Coded Cooking Timers
Every active kitchen ticket displays an elapsed countdown timer that shifts colors to alert the head chef when an order is running behind schedule:
Fresh (0 - 10 min): Standard pacing indicator
Expedite (10 - 20 min): Priority preparation highlight
Critical (20+ min): Top-of-screen urgency alert
Bilingual Hindi Dish Names
Many hardworking Indian kitchen chefs and helpers prefer reading instructions in Hindi. Pangat KDS displays dual English and Devanagari Hindi labels automatically:
Paneer Butter Masala • पनीर बटर मसाला
Butter Tandoori Roti • बटर तंदूरी रोटी
Jeera Rice & Dal Tadka • जीरा राइस व दाल तड़का
Audible Order Bell Chimes
Indian kitchens are noisy environments with exhaust hoods, sizzlers, and pressure cookers. Pangat KDS plays an unmistakable sound chime as soon as:
A brand new table or takeaway order arrives
A diner adds extra dishes or rotis to a running tab
No app installation needed — plays straight through any HDMI TV or Bluetooth speaker
