Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 2026 • Pangat.Online Platform

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account, creating a restaurant sub-directory, or accessing the services provided by Pangat.Online, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. 3-Month Free Trial & Subscriptions

Pangat.Online provides a promotional 3-month (90-day) free trial period starting from the date of merchant account creation. No payment method or credit card is required to initiate the trial.

Following the conclusion of your 3-month free trial, continuation of the cloud services requires an active subscription: Monthly at Rs. 500/month or Yearly at Rs. 5,000/year (inclusive of applicable Indian GST taxes).

3. Direct UPI Payments and 0% Commission

Pangat.Online provides technical infrastructure enabling diners to scan dynamic UPI QR codes and transfer money directly into the restaurant’s bank account. Pangat does not act as an escrow agent or payment intermediary. The merchant remains solely responsible for verifying that received funds reflect accurately in their bank statement.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

Restaurant owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 4-digit master security PIN and waiter terminal PINs, accurate item pricing, food safety (FSSAI) compliance, and tax collection in accordance with prevailing Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations.

5. Service Availability & SLA

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA across our cloud POS, KDS, and QR menu routing. Periodic maintenance windows or edge provider network events are mitigated automatically via redundant Cloudflare infrastructure.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of Pangat OS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
