Incremental Item Additions
When a table requests 2 additional rotis mid-meal, Pangat OS generates a fresh KOT displaying only the newly added items clearly marked with "ROUND #2". This prevents the tandoor chef from accidentally cooking the previous items all over again.
Cancellation & Modification Tickets
If a guest cancels a dish before it is prepared, a prominent CANCEL KOT prints or updates on the kitchen screen with the recorded reason (e.g. "Customer changed mind for soup") and requires manager authorization PIN.
Staff & Captain Attribution
Every fired ticket clearly records the Captain or Cashier who took the order, allowing the kitchen to immediately clarify special requests without running around the dining hall looking for who punched it.
